ABOUT US

Just a bit about us, started running almost 45 yrs ago, and have competed all over the world. it is with that apssion and knowledge that we have under taken 3 major events here in kelowna.  we could not be happier with the sucess of Ek's Grill 5k and parkrun.

This year we add the Fresh Air Fire Kracker 5000.

These races are put on by runners for runners and we take great pride in doing it better then anyone else on the planet.
