EK's Grill Heart and Stroke 5k

Every May the runners flock to Eks Grill on the long weekend, to run a memorial 5k and raise money for the heart and stroke foundation.
The course is flat and fast with a downhill of 1% at the start of the 2nd km and the a uphill on the way home. The last 300 meters is all down hill. For a map click here
Race package pick up is Saturday from 2-4 at EK's Grill or race morning before 8 am
